Nominees will be evaluated based on their industry influence, active involvement with BSCAI, demonstrated leadership in challenging situations, and ability to offer innovative solutions.
Award Criteria:
- Nominee must be 40 years or younger in 2025
- Nominee must be the owner of a contract cleaning company or a member of the company's executive team
- Nominee's company must be a member of BSCAI
- Nominee can not be self-nominated
One outstanding winner will be recognized live on stage during the CLEAN Awards Ceremony at the BSCAI Contracting Success Conference this November in Las Vegas and will be highlighted in an exclusive profile in the November issue of Contracting Profits.
