BSCs are Buyers in 2019

2018 was a good year for building service contractors — 65% of them reported higher sales this past year. Helping make things even rosier — profits were higher for 62% of BSCs. You think last year was good, 2019 looks to be even better. In a survey conducted by Contracting Profits magazine and BSCAI, the majority of BSCs are optimistic about 2019

2019 Sales 75% expect higher sales this year
18% expect sales to remain the same

2019 Profits 72% expect higher profits in 2018
21% expect profits to remain the same

Commercial office buildings remain the strongest market for BSCs by an overwhelming majority. Healthcare is the second strongest market with these facilities also being the biggest target for 2019 growth. Get a complete report on the BSC market here.
