| %%FirstName%%, I need your help. In speaking with readers over the years, I've heard some doozies when it comes to complaints they get from their building occupants. Some are legit, such as overflowing trash or insufficient restroom stock. But others, they're just crazy. For example, one was a complaint that there was too much sunlight coming through a window, another was complaining about too much snow/rain, and a third complained that the standard size of a toilet is just too small. Because I am curious about the complaints you hear in your facility, Facility Cleaning Decisions is conducting a survey on Occupant Complaints.
