In October 2016, President Obama signed the Bathrooms Accessible in Every Situation (BABIES) Act, requiring baby changing stations in men's rooms in all federal buildings open for public use. This law affects 14,000 buildings as a start, but many states may look to enact their own laws requiring men's room changing stations in all public buildings. This gives distributors the opportunity to sell baby changing tables, and also upsell cleaners and disinfectants, hand sanitizer dispensers, waste receptacles and more.
