It’s clear that manufacturers of backpack vacuums have stared at hiking backpacks and harnesses over the years and taken a copy-cat approach at replicating certain elements of the designs they’ve seen, an approach our industry is well known for. Like all breakthroughs in design and function, however, real change begins with finally saying, “No small steps, let’s look at taking it to a whole new level.”
Tornado has made that breakthrough by partnering with the world leader in professional hiking equipment, Deuter, to design a harness for Tornado Backpack Vacuums. Not only did we partner with them on the design, Deuter actually produces the harness for us and we proudly display the Deuter brand/logo.
