CleanTelligent Software Wins ISSA Awards for Innovation and Customer Service
Two awards bring CleanTelligent’s trophy total up to four ISSA awards in the past three years
Orlando, Fl.: November 24, 2014 – CleanTelligent Software (www.cleantelligent.com) won the ISSA Innovation Award for an unprecedented third year in a row, as well as the Best Customer Service Award, at the 2014 ISSA/Interclean North America trade show in Orlando, Florida.
“Winning industry-wide awards for innovation and customer service is a humbling honor,” CleanTelligent President Michael Jenkins said. “The whole goal of our company is to empower CleanTelligent users by giving them the tools they need to succeed, and I see winning both of these awards as a result of that focus.”
CleanTelligent’s two awards at the 2014 edition of the ISSA/Interclean trade show brings the quality control software provider’s ISSA award haul up to four awards in the past three years, including three consecutive Innovation Awards. The Best Customer Service Award – given to those who demonstrate excellent service during the trade show – is also seen by CleanTelligent as a huge accomplishment.
“While this isn’t the first ISSA award we’ve won, it may be the most important,” CleanTelligent President Michael Jenkins said. “We don’t look at customers merely as numbers on a spreadsheet. They’re people. They’re men and women that are looking to serve their clients better, and we want to do all we can to help them do that.”
This year’s winning entry for the Innovation Award was CleanTelligent’s Bidding and Estimating module, a new program built to help Building Service Contractors automatically create proposals that are both competitive and accurate, giving users the tools they need to win more bids and increase revenue. The automated process, coupled with the straightforward manner in which the proposal is compiled, is a major reason why the janitorial/sanitation industry deemed CleanTelligent’s Bidding and Estimating program the most innovative technological advance in the past year.
CleanTelligent’s recent stretch of Innovation Award success began with the Inspector App, a mobile app that allows users to run inspections in a way that saves time and money (not to mention paper), which won the award in 2012. The 2013 Innovation Award was given to CleanTelligent for its Mobile Surveys & Work Orders services, which are both designed as tools to improve communication, as well as strengthen client relationships.
